Friendly, helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Location is great and we loved the view from our window. Nice waterfall shower in the bathroom and good housekeeping. We arrived early in the morning after a long journey and asked if there was a room available for us. We had paid for a premium room, but there was a regular room available right then, which they allowed us to check in early and without extra fees becuase it was technically a downgrade. Really appreciated the front desk staff accommodating us. Great first impression at a lovely hotel. The lobby is beautiful too.

The breakfast had a lot of different options to choose from - everything was tasty. The gym and pool areas were never crowded during my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very plain with no decor, but the nice city view of Costanera Tower made up for it. The location is great - nearby the subway, bus stops, and it was an easy Uber ride to the airport when I was leaving.

Central location, easy to access shops and the cable car attraction. Welcome water. Rooms on high floors with good views over the city. Ability to store our luggage after checkout for a few hours. Pre-paid transport to the airport from a hotel driver.

The location was excellent, in a really good neighborhood (Las Condes), the hotel layout is really nice and the staff was super helpful to solve any issues. Swimming pool of reasonable size and warm! Excellent to finish the day. I want to highlight the awesome customer service of front officer @Gabriela Herrera and front manager @Miguel Romero to come to my rescue when I needed and solved problems efficiently.

Great location. Shopping mall right next door and lovely restaurant within short distance walks. Super friendly staff aswell :) One of my favourite places to stay in Santiago!

Reception did its best to get us an early checkin since we arrived after a long flight. Location opposite to Costanera centre and close to metro proved to be excellent.

The location is the best for me, Las Condes is a very safety zone. You also have a lot of options for having lunch or dinner and the Costanera Center Mall in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very completed, I loved the coffee machine. The room was very comfy, everything new and complete.
